RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the co-founder, and receive mentorship from strategic CFO advisor to Eterneva 

• Oversee company financials, manage cash flow

• Find the right financial institution to partner with and design a consumer financing program 

• Secure equipment financing for in-house manufacturing growth plans

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to help them with modeling, forecasting, pricing, gross margin analysis, and ROI analysis of different activities and campaigns 

• Create a "pre-need" trust program for customers to arrange for funeral payments in advance

• Evaluate different M&A opportunities 

• Manage company budget and holding organization accountable to staying within budget

• Oversee payroll, A/R, A/P, and insurance policies. Audit vendor invoices for accuracy

• Manage outside agencies / bookkeepers, and build a team over time 

• Supplement co-founder in reviewing and redlining legal contracts. Looking for potential risk exposure to the company
• Oversee tax filings and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• This is NOT an entry-level role 

• Looking for an FP&A background

• You have experience building financial models. Bonus if have experience with modeling sales forecasts, marketing forecasts, compensation plans, and developing pricing models. 
• You are strategic and financially minded

• You handle change and ambiguity well

• You think on your feet and are a very good problem solver. You’re going to be running with big strategic initiatives while laying the groundwork for a lot of our process and financial practices - there is no template to go off of! 

• Huge plus if you have manufacturing finance experience

• Huge plus if you have experience designing a consumer financing program or securing equipment financing

• M&A experience huge plus

• Experience at a big 4 accounting firm a plus
